A little bit about version 9
Pro/INTRALINK 9 represents the next version of Pro/ENGINEER workgroup product data management.
PDMLink 9 and Pro/INTRALINK 9 is intended to provide existing Pro/INTRALINK 3 customers with replacement capabilities for Pro/ENGINEER product data management.
Some of the enhancements include:
Support for workspace frames to “roll-back,” or undo local workspace operations.
File server replication improvements make it possible to vault data that has been created at remote sites without needing to transfer that content to the master server.
A new relationship report provides information about related objects and their dependency types.
Support for Pro/ENGINEER Manikin data.
Combined option to revise and checkout an object in a single step
Ability to have a new revision of a file be derived from an earlier (non-latest) revision.
Table improvements including column resize and column freeze
Integrate capability to merge two independently made modifications to a single Pro/ENGINEER file.
